  • La vida Fr. Juan Lestón Louro estuvo marcada por la vivencia en primera persona de las peores atrocidades cometidas por los seres humanos hasta su muerte.Presenció la Gran Guerra como misionero recibiendo varias medallas. Participó en la guerra civil española como capellán del Acorazado España. Su vida nos sirve para acercarnos al papel que tuvieron los franciscanos en ese periodo tan convulso.
    [Inglés] The life of Fr. Juan Lestón Louro was marked by the experience in the frst person of the worst atrocities committed by human beings until his death. He was in the Great War as a missionary. For this work he received several medals. He participated in the Spanish Civil War as chaplain of the Battleship España. His life helps us to get closer to the role that the Franciscans had in that convulsive period.
