[ES] Esta contribución supone una reflexión sobre la noción de sostenibilidad y su relevancia para el orden internacional. Al ser una noción indeterminada es relevante acercarse a la misma con la finalidad de ver en que medida se refleja en obligaciones jurídicas generales y particulares y si cabe hablar de un derecho internacional de la sostenibilidad. En todo caso el contexto actual geopolítico y económico no es muy positivo, como tampoco lo es la crisis del multilateralismo y de las instituciones internacionales en un derecho internacional en transición. [EN] This contribution involves a reflectionon the notion of sustainability and its relevance for the international order. As it is an indeterminate notion, it is relevant to approach it in order to see to what extent it is reflectedin general and particular legal obligations and whether it is possible to speak of an international law of sustainability. In any case, the current geopolitical and economic context is not very positive, nor is the crisis of multilateralism and international institutions in an international law in transition.
