La Agenda 2030, el Derecho Global y el Derecho Internacional = 2030 Agenda, Global Law, and International Law

No son pocos los autores que hablan de crisis del Derecho Internacional. Algunos, incluso, proponen marcos normativos alternativos. Uno de los que mayor proyección ha tenido es el propuesto por Kinsgbury, Krisch y Stewart, relativo al Derecho Administrativo Global o Derecho Global. Por otro lado, la Agenda 2030 constituye un hito que marca las relaciones internacionales en nuestros días, de ahí que en este trabajo se aborde de qué manera la Agenda 2030 podría enmarcarse en la propuesta de Derecho Global. Asimismo, se investiga si estamos ante un nuevo marco jurídico o si, por el contrario, el Derecho Internacional tiene una gran capacidad de adaptación, por lo que estaríamos ante un Derecho Internacional flexible, en el que se enmarcaría la Agenda 2030. = There are not few authors who speak of a crisis in International Law. Some even propose alternative regulatory frameworks. One of those that has had the greatest projection is the one proposed by Kinsgbury, Krisch and Stewart regarding Global Administrative Law or Global Law. On the other hand, the 2030 Agenda constitutes a milestone that marks international relations in our days, hence this work addresses how the 2030 Agenda could be framed in the Global Law proposal. Likewise, it is researched if we are facing a new legal framework, or if, on the contrary, International Law has a great capacity for adaptation, so we would be facing a flexible International Law, in which the 2030 Agenda would be framed.
