abstract

  • In some cases Innovation is a vital process for organizations. Frequently, some of them do not regard innovation as a core process, and therefore fails systematically to properly define and implement an innovation strategy. One of the problems that have been identified is the lack of a "standard" process adapted to the organization. Apart from the process, the authors suggest the use of IMTs and the inclusion of known methodologies and techniques such as Program Management and Technology Roadmap. The result is an innovation management process named InnoPro, which improved the delivery capability in Spanish SEOs, and demonstrated being functional and useful for managing an innovation strategy. This researching paper details all the activities and deliverables that conforms InnoPro, and in the last section the authors present the results of a survey of its use.
